By downloading, installing, or using Lixo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Lixo is a wish list management application that allows you to create, track, and complete personal wishes and goals. The App operates entirely on your device with local data storage.

3. User Account

When you first use the App, a local user profile is created on your device. This profile is not linked to any email address or external account. If you delete the App or use the "Delete Account" feature, all your data will be permanently lost.

4. In-App Purchases

• The App uses a virtual coin system. Coins can be purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• Coins are used to create new wishes within the App.
• Purchased coins are stored locally and cannot be transferred between devices.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for any content you create within the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss.

9. Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss due to device failure, App deletion, or any other reason. We recommend keeping your device backed up.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is located.
